Remaining A Miser Throughout One’s Life
When one has money but does not spend it, he remains a miser and is never happy. Similarly, when one’s intelligence is spoiled due to sense grantification, he remains a miser throughout his life.

One should act according to the order of Krishna. This is very important point. That order of Krishna comes through disciplic succession from the bonafide spiritual master. Therefore, the spiritual master’s order should be taken as the prime duty of life. If one gets a bonafide spiritual master and acts according to his direction, then one’s perfection of life in Krishna consciousness is guaranteed. — Bhagavad Gita As It Is. 18.57.
There are three kinds of miseries of life: adhyatmika, adibhautika, adi-daivika, Instead of understanding that we are being punished for sinful activities, under the spell of illusory energy we are thinking that this kicking, slapping and thrashing are accidental. This is illusion.
No one can be a greater well-wishing friend to any living entity than the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
