Vedanta means ultimate knowledge. Knowledge is never perfect unless one comes to the point of understanding Krishna. To remain in Krishna Consciousness is actual understanding of Vedanta.
Letter to Janardana — Los Angeles 21 January, 1968,
The highest summit of spiritual perfection is knowledge of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
Bhagavad Gita 10.7,
Ordinary knowledge obtained by a university education pertains only to matter. Knowledge means knowing the distinction between spirit and matter. In modern education there is no knowledge about spirit; they are simply taking care of the material elements and bodily needs.
A Devotee hears transcendental knowledge with complete willingness to surrender to that knowledge.
The power that we have, the knowledge and influence that we have are beautiful gifts from God to be utilized to serve each other unconditionally.
Bhagavad Gita is directly imparted by Krishna and if we accept Bhagavad Gita as it is, we are full of knowledge.
