Qualities of The Lord
When the Vedic literature describes the Personality of Godhead as being without any qualities (nirguna), this means that the Lord does not possess any material qualities. It does not mean that He has no spiritual qualities.

The Supreme Lord cannot be obtained by one who is qualified by being a great lecturer, a great scholar or a great student of the Vedic literature. The Lord reveals His own form to one with whom He is pleased.
Do not stay in illusion; go to the eternal reality. Do not stay in darkness; go to the light. Do not keep taking material bodies; become immortal.
If a devotee follows the instructions of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu, he lives in the company of the Lord. Wherever he lives, he converts that place into Vrindavana and Navadvipa. This means that materialism cannot touch him. This is the secret of success for one advancing in Kishna Consciousness.
