Humility is the greatest devotional magnet which attracts Radha and Krishna.
When you are humble, surrendered and down there, everything comes to you. Just like water flows down to the lowest place, the ocean of mercy flows to you.
Pride is so deep, that even when we are sick, we are proud of it. We tell others about our sickness, to get their sympathy and attention. But Krishna’s devotees are humble. They never want any attention from others. They keep everyone’s attention on Krishna.
From lips, we say, “Its all Gurudeva’s mercy.” But our heart says, “It’s me, it’s me! I am so great.” “Tell me about it… what a mock show of humility.”
Humility – the utmost anxiety to attain Krishna.
Humility means that one should not be anxious to have the satisfaction of being honored by others.
