The devotee should patiently follow the rules and regulations of devotional service so that the day will come when he will achieve, all of a sudden, all the perfection of devotional service – Narada Bhakti Sutra, Code 05, Purport.
The Lord can be served simply by adoring Him and accepting Him.

The currency notes, although paper, are issued by the government, they have full value. Similarly, this material world though temporary, but because it is an emanation from the Lord, it has its full value. The Vaishnava philosopher knows how to utilize it properly, whereas the Mayavadi philosopher fails to do so.
My friend, you are being washed away in material nature’s waves of time. Please try to understand that you are the eternal servant of the Lord. Then everything will stop and you will stop and you will be eternally happy.
You are where your mind is.
You are driving car, running with seventy miles speed.. it is smashed accidently. But you are alive then you have to change your car. Similarly, we can drive this machine called the body for so many years; then it becomes old and we have to change it for another machine. This is the process of birth and death.
