To train a new man is like training a wild animal to be a pet. Just like the tiger is trained in the circus and later on they are dancing to the tune of the master. So the point being stressed is training. A preacher should be traines to be always tolerant.

When a touchstone touches iron, it turns the iron to gold. Parvata Muni called Narada Muni a touchstone because by his touch the hunter, who was the lowest among men, became an elevated and perfect Vaisnava. Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura said that the position of a Vaisnava can be tested by seeing how good a touchstone he is, that is, by seeing how many Vaisnavas he has made during his life. A Vaisnava should be a touchstone so that he can convert others to Vaisnavism by his preaching, even though people may be fallen like the hunter.

The relationship of a disciple with his spiritual master is as good as his relationship with the Supreme Lord. A spiritual master always represents himself as the humblest servitor of the Personality of Godhead, but the disciple must look upon him as the manifested representation of Godhead.

Ointment is applied to the eyes for clear vision. When the ointment of love of Godhead will be applied in our eyes, then with these eyes we shall be able to see God. God is not invisible. Simply like a man with cataract or any other eye disease, he cannot see. That does not mean the things are not existing. God is there, but because our eyes are not competent to see God, therefore we deny God. However, God is everywhere.

Lack of Krishna Consciousness in human society, people are suffering terribly, being merged in an ocean of nescience and sense gratification. A devotee onlooker is very much aggrieved to see such a situation in the world.
Bhaktisiddhanta Sarasvati Thakura
There is no scarcity of anything within this world, the only scarcity is of Krishna Consciousness.
A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada
Lakshmi, the Goddess of fortune, is the constant companion of Lord Vishnu; they remain together constantly. One cannot keep Lakshmi in one’s home without Lord Vishnu. To think that one can do so is very dangerous. To keep Lakshmi, or the riches of the Lord, without the service of the Lord is always dangerous, for then Lakshmi becomes the illusory energy. With Lord Vishnu, however, Lakshmi is the spiritual energy.
A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada
If your consciousness is absorbed in Krishna, then You are always a Sannyasi.
Bhakti Swarup Damodar Swami
Humility means one does not impose his conceptions upon others and he is fully dependent on the mercy of the Lord.
