This science of Godhead is divided into three categories: sambandha, abhidheya and prayojana. Sambandha means how to understand our relationship with Krishna, abhidheya means acting in that relationship and prayojana means entering into that relationship.

Actually, we can summarize the essence of Krishna consciousness knowledge in a few sentences. "We are not these bodies" is the first thing. We are not these bodies; we are eternal spirit souls. We are eternal servants of Krishna, who is the Supreme Soul. Therefore, for our benefit we should simply serve Krishna by chanting the maha-mantra. This is the most important process in this age.”
