Fortunate Devotees
The devotee who becomes helpless by the will of the Lord is more fortunate than those who are born in good families. The fallen devotee born in a good family may forget the lotus feet of the Lord because they are less fortunate, but the devotee who is put into forlorn condition is more fortunate because he swiftly returns to the lotus feet of the Lord thinking himself helpless all around. – Srimad Bhagavatam, 01.05.19.
Glorifying The Devotees Before The Lord
Radha Krishna. Radha’s name is first. Why? Nobody can be better devotee than Radharani. As soon as Radha’s name is there, Krishna is more pleased. That is the way. If we glorify the devotees, the character of the devotees, before the Lord, he is more pleased than to glorify Himself, He directly. — in his conversations, Hawai, 24th April, 1969.
The Magnanimity of Devotees
Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu is more magnanimous than Lord Krishna but the devotees are even more magnanimous than Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu.
Difference Between A Devotee and A Non Devotee
The difference between a devotee & a novdevotee is just like the bee and the fly.. The bee is always attracted by the honey and fly goes to the open sores. So the devotee is only attracted by the good qualities in other people & does not see their faults.
Destination After Death
Either you are a beggar or a King, Every one has to die. Only devotee of the Lord knows where we go after death.
