Knowledge means to know that I am helpless in this world and only the power of God can save me.
Preaching
Preaching means to see whatever little spark of bhakti in someone and fan it into a blazing fire, which will burn all the anarthas (contaminations) and make him a great devotee.
Success
If we do the right thing with right intent, that is our success.
