Vaishnava means whatever he does is for the pleasure of Krishna, service to Krishna without any motivation. He is always happy & joyful. Krishna will take care of him & when he leaves his body, he always lives with Krishna & his associates. This should be our business.

Marriage with a view to peaceful and virtuous life and with a view to procreate servants of the Lord is a good institution for a Vaisnava. Spiritual cultivation is the main object of life. Do everything that helps it and abstain from everything that thwarts the cultivation of the spirit.
We are eternal in nature; we are eternal souls and therefore something as artificial as death causes fear. When the eternal thinks it is temporary, that ignorance causes it so much anxiety, disturbance and fear.
Lord Chaitanya has given special stress to chanting of these holy names of the Lord as the basic principle of spiritual advancement.

Material joy has two problems. It makes one insensitive and irresponsible. But Spiritual joy makes one super sensitive and supper responsible.
Regardless of time or place, one who chants the holy name, even while eating or sleeping, attains all perfection.
Maya targets your chanting because it’s your most potent weapon against her. To the degree you allow her to distract you from chanting well, you become malleable to her will.
It is dangerous for a spiritual master to accept almost any aspirant. Although it is an aspect of mercy, it is dangerous. The danger also depends on the spiritual potency of the particular guru. Without sufficient potency, a few offensive or faithless disciples can lead to the guru’s fall.
Once Srila Prabhupada was teaching, how to appreciate the mercy of Lord Gaura Nitai. The mercy is so great that even the rocks melt, even the birds and the animals they crying in separation. After hearing all the philosophy and after everything is explained, of course one can theoretically understand, but still, to really understand, what is love of Krishna? One has to taste it. One can explain what is mango? its, Vitamin-C content, fat content, protein content, carbohydrate content, this vitamin, that vitamin, this fibre, this type of skin, this thickness of skin, this colour, you can get all the details but even you can say this much sugar content this everything, but still it doesn't tell you how it taste like? If you taste it, then you will get another level of understanding what it the mango. What is devotional service has been explained by Rupa Goswami here in Caitanya Caritamrita, but to really understand we need to taste it, even a drop of it and that is possible only by the mercy of Gaura-Nitai because they are so much absorbed in love of Krishna.
