Leaders at any level can design programs and implement policies that do not waste valuable resources and that maintain the delicate balance of planetary ecosystems. In line with this approach,the most constructive form of economic growth and development is people-oriented, based on appropriate technology—technology that is on a human scale—and does not consider economic profit as its sole measure of value.
As we associate with others in our spiritiual communities, we should do so in a mood that these are the people that I am living with and they will probably also be the people that I will leave this body with.
You should treat every person with whom you come in contact with the same care as the person you love the most.
Anytime there is a problem in a relationship, you should first see it as your own fault. Even if others are to blame, you will only add to the problem by considering them to be at fault.
Treat each person with the bhakti and care as if the success or failure of your own spiritual life depends on this. Do not take into concern how they treat you.The manner in which you treat people is the same way you treat Guru and Krishna.
This life is very flickering. At any moment you may die. So we must cling very closely to the instruction of higher authorities, the spiritual master and Lord Krishna in Bhagavad gita.

I see you, you see me. I touch you, you touch me. I taste something. This is gross. Above this gross there is mental platform. So mantra is also on the mental, which is little above intelligence and above that there is spiritual platform. So if on the mental platform, the mantra can act so wonderfully, how much spiritually the mantra can benefit you. You have to simply imagine. So this Hare Krishna mantra is completely spiritual. If you chant it, spiritually enlightened, then surely it will act.

Even by fighting, you can be a great devotee, just like Arjuna. He was not chanting on the beads, but he was fighting. But still, bhakto ‘si priyo ‘si me [Bg. 4.3]. Krishna says, “Oh, you are My great devotee.” Now people, may say that “He was not chanting. He was fighting. How he became a great devotee?” But Krishna says, bhakto ‘si priyo ‘si me: “You are My dear friend. You are My devotee. Because you are utilizing your energy for Me.” So bhakti means you utilize your energy for Krishna. Then your life is perfect.
A devotee is not afraid of going to hell if he has the opportunity to hear the glories of the Lord constantly. This is the advantage of chanting Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. One may be put in any condition, but God gives him the prerogative to chant Hare Krishna. In any condition of life, if one goes on chanting he will never be unhappy.

The dog is also sleeping on the side of a street without any difficulty and the king is sleeping on the palace, very nice apartment. A Krishna conscious person, he’s also sleeping. But there are different grades. The Krishna conscious person while sleeping, is chanting Hare Krishna. This can be done. If you practice this Hare Krishna, even in sleeping you’ll chant Hare Krishna. Everything depends on practice.
