Krishna is not an incarnation of God but is the original Supreme Personality of Godhead Himself.
Bhagavad Gita 11.54,
Any person who is chanting the holy names of Krishna (Hare Krishna, Hare Krishna, Krishna Krishna, Hare Hare/ Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare) in course of chanting without offenses feels some transcendental pleasure and very quickly becomes puriﬁed of all material contamination.
Bhagavat Gita 9.2,
Everyone is seeking Krishna, for He is the Supersoul of all individual souls.
Srimad Bhagavatam 10.9.21,
If there is little pain in the finger, I become so much disturbed because I have got intimate connection with this finger. Similarly, we have got intimate connection with Krishna and we are fallen. Therefore Krishna also feels little pain and therefore, He comes down. Krishna is feeling pain. So you become Krishna Conscious. Children should make Krishna and his devotees as their best friend, not the Computer.
Krishna is the ultimate purpose of all sacrifice. He is also the enjoyed of all sacrifices; therefore He is known as Yajna-Purusa.
